The Light Bulb Moment

That day in therapy, the seed was planted and it grew slowly as I explored the WHM. I started by placing my right hand in ice water regularly. One day climbing Ben More on the Isle of Mull in Scotland I noticed on the descent that one hand was hot and the other was cold. This was my lightbulb moment, there & then I realised I had retrained my capillaries in my right hand using the WHM. The Youtube videos were true.
